REFUND & RETURN POLICY
No returns or refund available on powders or fresh paste orders (cones, bulk) as fresh henna paste is a perishable product.
Sending days are defined according to delivery time, in such a way that orders will not be blocked in postal services’ channels, allowing a faster delivery.
The chosen forms of delivery do not include refund insurance (in order to offer affordable shipping costs for everyone). In case of loss or break, a refund procedure of shipping costs can be established (the refund is not garanteed) and the products will not be refund.
